Package Pricing

We are different because we can do laundry, clean closets, organize kitchens, clean toys, rake leaves, clean your house top to bottom etc, etc, etc.......

You are in essence contracting us by the hour to accomplish what you need
accomplishing. We have designed a very simple and effective philosophy of
cleaning what needs to be cleaned. We have entitled each package with a
theme name since we are known as the "All-American" company of dedicated
cleaners.

The "FLAG" Package

This is our basic 3 hour detailed cleaning package. We recommend the "FLAG"
package for either regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning or specific odd
jobs that need attention. This package is $150.00, and worth every shiny
penny!

The "BILL OF RIGHTS" Package

This is our 4 hour detailed cleaning package. We recommend the "BILL OF
RIGHTS" package for the first clean, larger structures, or for a regular
clean with extra jobs requested. This package is $190.00, and worth every
shiny nickle!

The "CONSTITUTION" Package

This is our "as many hours as you need" cleaning package. We recommend this
as a "hire a helper for the day" to clean and assist you in special inside
and outside tasks. This package is $45 per hour and must be needed for more
than 4 hours.

If a client's personalized list is not completed within the allotted
package time, then the client has the option to wait until the next
regularly scheduled clean or the team member MAY be able to stay longer to
complete the list, depending on their schedule. Each additional half hour
is $25, thereafter.

Integrity and "doing a job well done" in a timely manner are company
rules.

All extra tasks are performed by our members with safety for our clients
and team members as a priority at all times. We will communicate with you
if a requested task is too dangerous.

The All-American Clean Team, LLC Organization is professionally trained
and Insured.

We accept cash and personal checks and are in the process of setting up
credit card payments. All payments are due at the time of service. If
clients are not present then payments should be left in an envelope with
your full name. All payments are returned to the office daily.
